HP Development Partners builds spec homes and custom homes in Big Spring, Texas. Spec homes are designed and constructed by us, then offered to a buyer. Custom homes are designed and built with a particular household from the start.
Two spec residences on Ridgeroad Drive are complete and listed with Atkins Realty. 617 is under construction and open for customization. Seven lots on the street are part of the same program. The company is run by Zach Hatfield and Chase Pierce.
